When reporting an issue, include as much of this as you comfortably can:
- device model and iOS version;
- SaidInk build number;
- flow: recording, import, model download, transcription, transcript editing, export, or purchase/restore;
- file type and approximate duration;
- transcript language and model preset;
- what happened and what you expected.
Privacy note
Please do not send private audio or transcript text unless you intentionally choose to share it. Screenshots are useful, but crop or blur anything sensitive first.
